Jinjiang Sky Villa Sales CenterJinjiang Sky Villa Sales CenterJinjiang Sky Villa Sales Center is a distinguished architectural and interior design project located in Chengdu, Sichuan, China, completed in 2019, that masterfully integrates traditional Chinese architectural philosophy with contemporary design aesthetics. The sales center, comprising two interconnected villas, exemplifies the harmonious relationship between human habitation and natural elements, drawing inspiration from the refined elegance of Suzhou gardens and local Chengdu cultural characteristics. The facility's architectural composition features a strategically elevated entrance and sand table area, enhancing spatial grandeur and ceremonial presence, while the symmetrical facade creates a balanced visual harmony through thoughtful consideration of form, volume, and chromatic elements. The interior design showcases exceptional attention to detail, particularly evident in the central axis entrance hall, where artistically conceived floral-themed lighting installations evoke the imagery of falling hibiscus petals, creating a dramatic welcome sequence. The space incorporates sophisticated design elements such as Chinese-style copper coin decorations above the sand table area, symbolizing prosperity and cultural heritage, while the second-floor art gallery's triple-door configuration establishes a refined spatial rhythm. The VIP negotiation areas are appointed with premium furniture selections, creating an atmosphere of understated luxury and sophisticated hospitality. This project, which won the Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, represents a successful synthesis of cultural preservation and modern design innovation, effectively showcasing the property's commitment to both residential excellence and hospitality standards while emphasizing the intrinsic connection between natural elements and human-centric design principles.
