This distinguished residential project, conceived by designer Yu-Ting Chang, masterfully integrates luxurious aesthetics with functional sophistication, earning recognition with an Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category. The residence's architectural narrative unfolds through a harmonious composition of natural black marble flooring that creates an impression of flowing water, complemented by gentle color selections and high-end materials. The grand living room serves as the heart of the space, featuring a sophisticated arrangement of gray-white patterned fabric carpeting and white marble tables, surrounded by premium Italian furnishings. A notable design element is the dedicated tea-tasting area, thoughtfully positioned with arc-shaped tables and chairs, flanked by expansive windows that forge a connection with the exterior landscape while maintaining an atmosphere of warmth and tranquility. The innovative ceiling design employs arc geometric principles to create engaging indirect lighting solutions, while the kitchen space showcases a contemporary blend of titanium-plated iron elements and marble walls, centered around a substantial off-white round table.
