The distinctive facade serves as its defining feature, drawing inspiration from Shangrao's renowned seasonal flower blooms, particularly the rapeseed flowers that characterize the region's landscape. Through sophisticated parametric design and advanced facade engineering, the structure incorporates 3,025 unique floral pattern units that create a dynamic visual experience, transitioning from bud to half-open to full bloom states. The architectural design employs a triangular modular system comprising eight standard units that collectively simulate a Flower Sea effect, achieved through intricate curtain wall engineering and strategic lighting implementation. This commercial space, completed in June 2019, demonstrates exceptional innovation in its ability to reflect regional identity while pushing the boundaries of contemporary architectural design.
