Jinmao Palace Sales CenterJinmao Palace Sales CenterJinmao Palace Sales Center is an innovative interior design project completed in 2021, representing a paradigm shift in the conceptualization and execution of real estate sales environments. Located in Beijing's Fengtai District along the Yongding River, this 682-square-meter space transcends the traditional sales center model by creating a multifaceted experience center that emphasizes community living and social interaction. The design philosophy centers on the concept of a 15-minute community living circle, integrating elements of hypermarket convenience and café culture to foster a more dynamic and engaging environment. The space features sophisticated architectural elements, including a dramatic double-height smoke resin acrylic screen and water-inspired lighting installations that create an immersive atmosphere. The material palette combines terrazzo, texture paint, wood grain finishes, and resin acrylic to achieve a harmonious blend of natural and contemporary aesthetics. Despite structural challenges inherent to its commercial ground floor location, the design successfully creates a flowing, integrated space that showcases innovative solutions in spatial organization. The project, which earned a Silver A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, demonstrates exceptional achievement in combining functional requirements with artistic vision. The design's emphasis on creating multiple interactive scenes and shared spaces reflects a forward-thinking approach to urban living, setting new standards for sales center design while serving as a model for future community-centered developments.
