The New BottleThe New BottleThe New Bottle is an innovative reusable drinkware design that exemplifies the harmonious fusion of environmental consciousness and aesthetic refinement in contemporary product design. Drawing inspiration from Leonardo da Vinci's Vitruvian Man, this sophisticated vessel employs a precise 1:8 ratio between its conical body and bottle lid, achieving a delicate balance of form and function. Crafted from premium 304 stainless steel exterior and 316 stainless steel interior liner, the bottle demonstrates exceptional durability and food-grade safety standards. The ergonomic design features a thoughtfully engineered 13.8mm thick rim that facilitates comfortable drinking, while its conical body ensures optimal grip for users with varying hand sizes. The distinctive UFO-styled lid can be manipulated effortlessly with just two fingers, representing a significant advancement in user-centered design principles. Measuring 70x70x250mm, this minimalist creation deliberately eschews superfluous features to focus on the essential experience of drinking, making environmental sustainability both accessible and fashionable. The design process, which commenced in August 2018 and culminated in market introduction in February 2020, was informed by comprehensive research of 30 existing tumblers, addressing the limitations of conventional straight and squat designs. This innovative approach to drinkware design earned recognition at the A' Design Award competition in the Bakeware, Tableware, Drinkware and Cookware Design category, highlighting its contribution to sustainable product design and environmental consciousness.
