Evian Valley Residential House is an exemplary residential architectural project spanning 800 square meters, distinguished by its innovative approach to natural light integration and spatial design. Located in a pristine lakeside setting with mountain views, this single villa represents a masterful reimagining of traditional residential architecture, earning recognition with a Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category. The design's most notable feature is its revolutionary staircase placement, relocated from the north to the south side, serving as a light-conducting element that dissolves spatial barriers. The interior design philosophy embraces a harmonious blend of natural and artistic elements, utilizing dyed veneer, rock board, and latex paint to create sophisticated living spaces. The project's distinctive White Box concept demonstrates innovative spatial planning, particularly in resolving the conventional opposing layout of entrance and garage doors.
