Wuyuanhe Innovative Office Center is an architecturally distinguished office complex located in the Wuyuanhe Wetland Park of Haikou City, Hainan Province, exemplifying contemporary minimalist design principles through its transparent and square aesthetic composition. The center, recognized with a Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, represents a harmonious integration of form and function, featuring a sophisticated two-story structure with innovative spatial arrangements. The ground floor incorporates a striking reception area where natural light interplays with pure white spaces to create a contemplative, future-oriented atmosphere, complemented by elegant boat-shaped ornaments and a multifunctional coffee bar. A sculptural spiral staircase, resembling intricate origami work, serves as an artistic centerpiece connecting the floors, constructed with white aluminum plate and brown leather to create visual depth. The second floor's distinctive feature is its panoramic glazed curtain walling, offering sweeping views of the surrounding wetland park, while innovative louver-shaped decorative elements create an intriguing visual connection between floors. The interior design scheme artfully combines various premium materials including tiles, copperplate, and leather, orchestrated in a palette of dark brown, beige, and emerald green, creating sophisticated social and working spaces.
