Located in Longyou County, this comprehensive 15,325.6-square-meter development serves as a significant cultural and commercial landmark, embodying the region's rich heritage of ten thousand years of civilization, a thousand years of ancient city and a hundred years of business group. The project's design philosophy centers on the Confucian concept of returning to benevolence, utilizing the Wutong tree as a central design motif to symbolize the growth and influence of Longyou's merchant culture. The interior spaces feature a thoughtful combination of premium materials including marble, antique brick, wood finishes, and stainless steel, creating an atmosphere that seamlessly blends traditional aesthetics with modern luxury. The design maintains continuity with Republic of China architectural styles while incorporating innovative elements such as integrated landscape features surrounding core functional areas. The project demonstrates exceptional attention to spatial planning, employing simple yet dynamic lines and carefully balanced open and closed spaces to create a high-end comprehensive guild hall focused on meetings and reception.
