This 997-square-meter masterpiece, designed by Marwan Mrad and his expert team, represents a harmonious fusion of luxury automotive display and sophisticated interior design, spanning two meticulously crafted floors. The ground floor encompasses 654 square meters, while the mezzanine floor occupies 343 square meters, featuring an innovative layout that maximizes visibility and presentation of rare and exceptional vehicles. The showroom's distinctive design elements include premium materials such as Sahara Noir marble flooring, white Korean material at the main entrance, and sophisticated 3D mosaic wall treatments. The space incorporates advanced LED strip lighting integrated into the floor, creating defined pathways between display areas and enhancing the visual presentation of the exhibited vehicles. The mezzanine level houses exclusive VIP offices and lounges that overlook the main exhibition space, while strategic use of glass partitions allows natural light to permeate the interior, creating an atmosphere of openness and sophistication. This exceptional project, which earned the prestigious Golden A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, stands as a testament to innovative spatial design and luxury automotive presentation, serving both as a showroom and museum that celebrates the heritage and craftsmanship of fine automobiles.
