Chalets Dada Residential BuildingChalets Dada Residential BuildingChalets Dada Residential Building is an innovative residential architectural project located in the high highlands of Lebanon's Faraya Resorts, exemplifying a harmonious blend of contemporary design and functional luxury. The building's distinctive geometric composition was uniquely inspired by a child's primitive house drawing, which was then professionally adapted to meet client requirements and local regulations while maintaining its creative essence. The structure encompasses a total built area of 880 square meters distributed across three floors and a basement, featuring one ground-level apartment and two distinctive duplexes on the upper floors. The ground floor apartment is characterized by its seamless integration with a 400-square-meter flower garden, while the duplexes benefit from elevated positions offering panoramic views of the snow-capped mountains. The building's exterior showcases a sophisticated interplay between solids and voids, incorporating mechanically fixed natural stones, large-scale windows, and repetitive patterns of solid wood, all carefully engineered to withstand the region's harsh weather conditions. The project, which commenced in February 2022 with completion scheduled for November 2024, demonstrates exceptional architectural innovation through its creative use of Terrazzo stone cladding and integration of electromechanical systems within the finishing elements. This remarkable architectural achievement was recognized with a Silver A' Design Award in the Architecture, Building and Structure Design category, acknowledging its outstanding contribution to residential architecture through its innovative spatial design, aesthetic appeal, and technical excellence.
