Youthful Aesthetics Cosmetology Centre is an innovative interior design project that exemplifies contemporary approaches to medical aesthetics spaces, completed in 2020 at the World Trade Centre in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. This Bronze A' Design Award-winning project, designed by Ronnie Chan and Enoch Kwan, encompasses 158 square meters of thoughtfully crafted space that revolutionizes the traditional clinical aesthetic center concept through sophisticated material selection and strategic spatial planning. The design philosophy centers on creating a youthful, welcoming atmosphere that resonates with contemporary clientele, departing from conventional clinical aesthetics through the harmonious integration of premium materials including marble, velvet, wood, and champagne gold stainless steel, complemented by strategic pink accents. The space features distinctive architectural elements such as arched product displays and curved sofa seating upholstered in pink fabric, while the careful combination of white and pink textured wallpapers with brass stainless steel frames creates a bright, sophisticated environment. The layout accommodates eight treatment rooms, a reception area, consultation spaces, a doctor's office, and staff facilities, all designed to optimize operational efficiency while maintaining a luxurious atmosphere. The project demonstrates exceptional space utilization and interior design innovation, particularly noteworthy for its successful execution despite challenging budget constraints and timeline requirements during global business uncertainties, earning recognition in the A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award category for its outstanding contribution to contemporary aesthetic center design.
