Acronis Sofia Office Space

Acronis Sofia Office Space is an innovative interior design project spanning 10,000 square meters across five floors in one of Sofia's most progressive office buildings, the NV Tower. Designed by Helen Koss Interiors under the creative direction of Helen Koss, alongside team members Velislava Panayotova and Cvetelina Mitkova, this sophisticated workplace environment was completed in September 2021 after a comprehensive year-long development process. The design concept emerged through extensive data-driven research and global collaborative workshops, integrating brand identity elements while maintaining the highest standards in security, hygiene, and innovation. Drawing inspiration from the mesmerizing works of James Turrell for its illumination strategy in recreational and collaborative spaces, the project features state-of-the-art hygiene technologies, including UV purification systems, touchless doors, and advanced water filtration systems. The space is characterized by its striking use of deep blue brand colors and creates an unforgettable visual impact upon entry. The design team implemented sophisticated finishes and innovative solutions throughout the space, including dedicated areas for recreation and collaboration. This exceptional project, which was developed during the challenging period of the global pandemic through virtual coordination with international teams, was recognized with an Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category in 2022, acknowledging its excellence in spatial planning, material selection, and innovative design solutions.
