Completed in September 2012 and launched in October 2012 at Marina Bay Financial Centre, Singapore, this architectural masterpiece embodies the spirit of 'New Asia' while serving as a multifunctional financial hub. The facility houses customer-facing units, a state-of-the-art dealing room, and a private client centre, seamlessly integrating various banking services within a sophisticated environment. The interior design, created by Allen International and recognized with a Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, features several innovative elements including dedicated lounges, an interactive greeter wall, QR-coded interactive screens, a 300-seat auditorium, and the first in-branch TV studio of its kind. The space is meticulously crafted to enhance operational efficiency while providing an intuitive and engaging experience for clients, incorporating advanced technological solutions that facilitate modern banking practices. This transformative design project represents a significant advancement in financial service environments, setting new standards for customer engagement and operational excellence through its thoughtful integration of technology, space planning, and user-centered design principles.
