Hills Sales Centre Real Estate Sales CentreHills Sales Centre Real Estate Sales CentreHills Sales Centre Real estate sales centre is an innovative architectural interior design project that exemplifies the harmonious integration of local geography and cultural heritage into contemporary spatial design. Located in Taiyuan, China, a 4700-year-old city nestled within the Shanxi Highland, this sales centre's design concept draws profound inspiration from the surrounding mountainous landscape, incorporating flowing lines and sculptural elements that echo the region's natural topography. The interior space masterfully addresses the challenge of irregular curved exterior walls by implementing a fluid design language throughout. The ground floor encompasses strategically positioned areas including a negotiating sofa section, bar, multimedia displays, and a model display area conceived as a cave-like structure, creating an immersive journey through space. The second floor, accessed via a carefully designed tunnel pathway, features three-dimensional cutting techniques that simulate valley rock formations, with wood veneer selections deliberately chosen to represent soil textures. The residential display area, branded as Shiwaitaoyuan, presents three mock-up spaces that demonstrate ideal living environments. This exceptional project, recognized with a Golden A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, showcases outstanding achievement in spatial design through its innovative use of materials, thoughtful integration of cultural elements, and sophisticated interpretation of natural landscapes within an interior commercial environment.
