Field Of Flowers Residential VillasField Of Flowers Residential VillasField of Flowers Residential villas is an innovative architectural concept that reimagines sustainable living through a harmonious integration with nature, distinguished by its unique rotating mechanism and biophilic design principles. This groundbreaking residential project, which earned recognition with an Iron A' Design Award in the Architecture, Building and Structure Design category, features a distinctive configuration of four-villa blocks that can rotate 360 degrees throughout the day, allowing residents to enjoy panoramic views of their surroundings. The structure employs an ingenious semi-arch foundation system that minimizes soil impact while facilitating natural water absorption and soil aeration. Each villa unit, spanning approximately 220 square meters across two floors, incorporates thoughtful spatial planning with a ground floor featuring a 100-square-meter living room, complemented by service areas and a lower floor with bedroom spaces and balconies. The architectural design draws inspiration from the heliotropic movement of sunflowers, manifesting in both its aesthetic and functional elements. The project's sustainable features include wind rose energy integration, opportunities for organic agriculture, and the incorporation of artificial and natural ponds within the landscape. The structure, realized through reinforced concrete or steel construction, rises to a maximum height of 12.70 meters and features sophisticated details such as automatically hinged oviform ceiling windows and reflective glazing on the facade. This innovative residential concept represents a significant advancement in sustainable architecture, combining rotating living spaces, environmental consciousness, and agricultural integration to create a unique living experience that harmoniously blends technological innovation with natural elements.
