Baretto Trolley Bottle Carrier is an innovative furniture design that reimagines the traditional plastic bottle crate as a contemporary mobile bar solution. This versatile piece, designed by Italian designers Manuela Verga and Paolo Boatti, represents a sophisticated fusion of industrial heritage and modern functionality. The design, which won an Iron A' Design Award in the Furniture Design category, transforms the utilitarian bottle crate into an elegant piece of furniture through thoughtful material selection and structural enhancement. Measuring 450mm in width, 560mm in depth, and 465mm in height, the carrier features a carefully crafted MDF worktop available in various colors that can either contrast or complement the crate's dominant hues, offering extensive customization possibilities. The structure incorporates steel mounting rods and hinges for durability, while the addition of wheels enables effortless mobility, adapting to contemporary living spaces. This design exemplifies sustainable thinking through its creative reinterpretation of industrial objects, combining vintage appeal with modern utility.
