Trish House Yalding Residential House

Trish House Yalding Residential House is an innovative residential architectural project completed in 2013, situated in the picturesque village of Yalding, Kent, United Kingdom. Designed by architect Matthew Heywood, this contemporary dwelling exemplifies a harmonious dialogue between modern architecture and natural surroundings, spanning 343 square meters of gross internal area. The structure's distinctive design philosophy draws direct inspiration from its woodland setting, featuring raking columns that mirror the irregular angles of tree trunks and branches, creating a unique architectural vocabulary that bridges the gap between built form and natural environment.
