Blooming Peonies Picturesque Sale CenterBlooming Peonies Picturesque Sale CenterBlooming Peonies Picturesque Sale Center is an award-winning interior design project that exemplifies the harmonious fusion of cultural heritage and contemporary spatial design, located in Shandong, China. Conceived and executed by designer Li Zhang in collaboration with Jun Chen, You Zhang, and Jia-Wei Tao, this sophisticated sales reception center draws profound inspiration from the region's historical significance as the City of Peony. The space masterfully incorporates the symbolic essence of the peony, traditionally regarded as the King of Flowers in Chinese culture, through thoughtfully curated design elements and aesthetic choices. The center features a striking exhibition area as its focal point, complemented by four distinct discussion zones that cater to various interactive needs. The reception hall is distinguished by an artistic lighting installation featuring floral tassels that harmoniously echo the pink palette inspired by peonies, while complementing the natural veining of marble surfaces. This deliberate design approach creates a seamless integration of humanities, culture, and nature. The interior architecture employs a sophisticated material palette including grey marble for elegance, dark brown accents for depth, and mint green elements for visual balance. The symmetrical planning around a central axis in the model display area creates an impressive sense of scale, while the thoughtful layering of lighting elements and stone sculpture exhibits resonates with the project's thematic foundation. The design earned recognition with a Silver A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, acknowledging its exceptional achievement in creating a space that successfully merges cultural symbolism with contemporary design principles.
