Completed in April 2019, this 4,000-square-meter multipurpose facility, designed by Xiaoshui Li and Zhike Wang, serves as an innovative exhibition space, workplace, and corporate culture display venue. The design, which earned a Gold A' Design Award in Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, features a strategic vertical distribution of spaces, with the first and second floors dedicated to product exhibitions, while the third and fourth floors accommodate working and reception areas. The architectural concept revolves around the theme Home of the Future, incorporating cutting-edge materials such as stainless steel, acrylic glass, artistic cement paint, and ceramic plates, demonstrating Foshan's expertise in material innovation. The interior space adopts an open architectural design philosophy, with functional areas thoughtfully arranged along axes to create extended sightlines. A notable technical achievement is the second floor's City of the Future installation, which required innovative solutions in lightweight stainless-steel fabrication to address structural load constraints.
