Greenland Group Zhenshui Town Sales Center

Greenland Group Zhenshui Town Sales Center is an exemplary architectural and interior design achievement located in Quliang, Zhengzhou, that masterfully integrates Oriental cultural aesthetics with contemporary design sensibilities. This 5,200-square-meter sales center, completed between 2017 and 2019, stands as a testament to the sophisticated interpretation of traditional Chinese architectural elements in modern spatial design. The project's distinctive feature lies in its innovative incorporation of Chinese Mortise-Tenon elements, which have been thoughtfully deconstructed and reorganized to create a contemporary residential showcase space. The interior design demonstrates exceptional attention to material selection, utilizing marble, wood veneer, stiffened fabric, and brushed materials to achieve a harmonious blend of texture and form. The space is characterized by its almost entirely symmetrical layout, which creates a profound sense of ritual and cultural reverence. Notable design elements include towering screens in the negotiation areas that serve both functional and aesthetic purposes, effectively managing privacy while maintaining spatial fluidity. The project's cultural depth is further enhanced through the integration of regional elements such as Mixian county jade, Kuiwen patterns, and traditional totems, all of which contribute to its rich cultural narrative. The design team overcame significant challenges in managing the large spatial scale through extensive modeling and on-site prototyping, resulting in a cohesive and impactful environment. This exceptional work was recognized with a Gold A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category in 2020, acknowledging its outstanding contribution to contemporary interior design that bridges traditional and modern aesthetics.
