Jinwan Huafa International Business Center is a landmark mixed-use development located in the Jinwan District of Zhuhai, China, featuring a distinctive architectural design inspired by aerodynamic wing shapes that pays homage to the region's aviation industry. The development, which earned a Silver A' Design Award in Construction and Real Estate Projects Design category, encompasses a total site area of 50,750 square meters divided between commercial and residential districts. The commercial district is characterized by twin towers reaching heights of 200 meters and 100 meters respectively, with the taller structure housing a five-star hotel offering 250 guest rooms across 32,550 square meters, while the lower zones accommodate 40,000 square meters of office space and 44,450 square meters of business apartments. The development's innovative design incorporates sustainable features including strategic wind and solar orientation, façade shading devices, and high-performance glass, while its waterfront location along Jinshan Lake enhances its prominence within the Jinwan Aviation City skyline. The residential district comprises five independent 54-meter towers providing 384 residential units, arranged around a central garden that offers residents direct access to Jinshan Lake. The project's architectural composition emphasizes efficiency and modularity through regular, symmetrical forms, while maintaining elegant profiles through subtle concave elements at the towers' endpoints, creating a symbolic gateway that serves as both a visual landmark and a catalyst for regional economic development.
