Impertial Court Project RestaurantImpertial Court Project RestaurantImpertial Court Project Restaurant is an innovative culinary establishment located in a premium CBD office building's commercial podium, exemplifying the harmonious fusion of traditional Chaoshan culture with contemporary design aesthetics. The 2,523-square-meter space, recognized with a Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, represents a sophisticated interpretation of modern Chinese dining experiences. The restaurant's most distinctive architectural feature is a 33-meter-long feature wall inspired by the historic Guangji Bridge, artistically rendered through customized glass tiles, serving as both a functional passage and a symbolic connection between the main hall and private dining areas. The interior design showcases exceptional attention to detail, incorporating hand-crafted elements such as a meticulously created plum blossom ceiling that required 15 days of on-site artistic development. The space features sophisticated material selections, including wavy metal plates with hand-knocked surfaces in the elevator hall, sculpted metal strips, fluted woods, and inlaid marbles in the private dining rooms' 3.2-meter-high facades. The lighting design demonstrates particular technical prowess, addressing the challenges of the 4.3-meter-high space with carefully calibrated illumination that enhances the dining experience while avoiding glare and reflection. This culinary destination, completed in November 2018, embodies the evolution of Chaoshan cuisine, catering to urban elite clientele while maintaining cultural authenticity through its thoughtful design elements and spatial arrangement.
