The space demonstrates exceptional attention to detail in its functional layout, incorporating a thoughtfully designed negotiation area, calligraphy and tea drinking spaces, and semi-open waiting areas that maximize natural light and surrounding views. The design's innovative approach to materials and craftsmanship is evident in the minimalist front desk design, which eschews ornate decorations in favor of clean lines and intuitive spatial organization.
