Holystone Recruitment Brand Identity

Holystone Recruitment Brand Identity is a comprehensive visual communication system designed to revolutionize campus recruitment strategies for a well-established electronic component provider with four decades of industry presence. This innovative brand identity project, created in 2018 in Taipei, Taiwan, represents a significant departure from conventional corporate recruitment aesthetics by transforming technical industrial elements into an engaging, youth-oriented visual language. The design system ingeniously incorporates geometric patterns derived from electronic components and corporate values, creating a distinctive visual narrative that resonates with university graduates. The identity encompasses a wide range of applications, including logos, posters, corporate attire, documentation, exhibition booth designs, promotional materials, and branded merchandise, all unified by a cohesive design language. A notable feature of the identity is its character design incorporating oversized eyes, metaphorically representing the search for talent, drawing a clever parallel between recruitment and deep-sea exploration. The design successfully bridges the gap between corporate technological prowess and contemporary youth culture through its modern execution and thoughtful symbolism. The project's technical specifications demonstrate careful attention to scale and application, with precisely defined dimensions for various promotional materials, including 450mm × 450mm direct mailers, 260mm × 350mm bags, 85mm × 85mm stickers, and 880mm × 1350mm stand posters.
