The Heart Of Siberia Urban Lighting ShowThe Heart Of Siberia Urban Lighting ShowThe Heart of Siberia Urban Lighting Show is a groundbreaking urban lighting installation and multimedia spectacle that transformed the city center of Krasnoyarsk into a vibrant recreational destination. This innovative project, which earned a Bronze A' Design Award in the Lighting Products and Fixtures Design category, encompasses a sophisticated system of over 15,000 RGBW-controlled pixels and 2,000 linear RGBW lamps, alongside two LED media facades, creating a harmonious integration of light, sound, and architecture. The installation spans across a 540-meter pedestrian bridge, art museum, and concert hall, functioning as a unified instrument to showcase the region's cultural and natural heritage. The show is divided into nine distinct chapters, each representing significant aspects of the Krasnoyarsk region, including the Yenisei River, taiga forest, and local landmarks, through carefully choreographed color schemes and dynamic lighting effects. The technical infrastructure comprises more than 200 DMX universes with over 100,000 DMX addresses, managed by 100 custom automation cabinets, demonstrating remarkable engineering prowess in withstanding extreme Siberian weather conditions of up to -40 degrees Celsius. This pioneering installation, recognized as Russia's first permanent light and sound show, has successfully revitalized an formerly unfavorable urban space into a cultural landmark, featuring striking visual content based on dynamic light solutions and spectacular optical illusions that celebrate the region's unique characteristics and natural beauty.
