Journey of Nature Sales Center is an architecturally distinguished reception center that exemplifies the harmonious integration of contemporary design with cultural elements, completed in September 2019 in Kaohsiung City, Taiwan. The 2,426-square-meter facility showcases an innovative approach to spatial design, featuring three distinct model houses that represent contemporary humanities, modern flat, and neoclassical architectural styles. The center's exterior design demonstrates sophisticated material layering, incorporating stone balls, vermiculite, Apollo gray-colored marble tiles, magnetically processed blackened steel, and natural Qiuxiang timber bark. The interior space configuration includes a meticulously planned layout with a five-table meeting area, model engineering building, coffee table area, two VIP rooms, three model houses, and a parent-child playground area. A notable design element is the custom-made themed chandelier suspended from white ultra-high ceilings, complemented by a strategically positioned tea bar that creates a welcoming atmosphere. The facility's integration with nature is evident through its shallow water pond feature, enhanced by waterproof ball-shaped lights that create an enchanting nighttime ambiance. The design, which earned the Silver A' Design Award in the Architecture, Building and Structure Design category in 2020, exemplifies the philosophical principles of being combined with nature and consistent with nature, maintaining a delicate balance between luxury and environmental harmony. The center's sophisticated wire fence system and weather-resistant plastic lumber exterior, coupled with its thoughtful incorporation of natural elements and interactive spaces, creates an environment that successfully bridges the gap between contemporary architectural innovation and natural surroundings.
