Completed in 2018, this innovative structure encompasses a total site area of 6,567 square meters, featuring 17,190 square meters of floor area above ground across 11 floors and 6,405 square meters underground across two floors. The design concept uniquely interprets the history of Ningbo through the metaphor of fortification, treating the city's developmental achievements as a collection of building blocks with distinct spatial and material attributes. The architecture employs a sophisticated categorization of blocks into three types: transparent, real, and special, each contributing to the building's distinctive aesthetic and functional character.
