Xplain Headquarters Corporate HeadquartersXplain Headquarters Corporate HeadquartersXplain Headquarters Corporate Headquarters is an innovative corporate workspace design project encompassing 500 square meters across four levels, conceived to foster creativity and efficiency while embodying contemporary workplace culture. Designed by Helen Brasinika and completed in 2018, this transformative interior architecture project represents a departure from traditional corporate office paradigms, instead embracing a dynamic, open-plan environment that facilitates team interaction and creative thinking. The design philosophy integrates elements of urban design theory, reimagining the conventional office structure through the lens of data-driven architecture rather than traditional building materials. The space features distinctive design elements including anti-graffiti film technology, custom 3D-printed accessories, and an impressive X-shaped lighting fixture spanning 2.4 meters. The interior's aesthetic is characterized by a thoughtful layering of concrete greys, natural greens, and sky blues, creating distinct working zones while maintaining spatial fluidity. Notable features include Manhattan-inspired 3D printed aerial views, multiple time zone displays reflecting the global nature of operations, and custom wallpaper themes that transform the atmosphere from day to night. The project, which won an Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category in 2020, successfully addresses the challenges of adapting an existing structure to accommodate modern workplace requirements while fostering innovation and maintaining productivity. The design incorporates sustainable materials, human-centric lighting solutions, and sound-absorbing elements to create an environment that balances professional functionality with playful creativity, effectively supporting the needs of a global digital marketing operation.
