Emerald Equestrian ComplexEmerald Equestrian ComplexEmerald Equestrian Complex is an innovative architectural masterpiece that exemplifies the harmonious integration of form, function, and environmental consciousness in modern equestrian facility design. Located within a 200-hectare recreational complex, this sophisticated structure encompasses six distinct buildings arranged around a central administrative core, drawing inspiration from crystalline formations and natural emerald structures. The complex, spanning 180 meters by 100 meters with a total area of 6,500 square meters, features a unique architectural approach where large-span glued wooden structures create a distinctive crystal-like grid pattern that characterizes each of the six blocks. The facility includes a large indoor arena measuring 65 meters by 25 meters, two 18-meter diameter round playpens, and a central demonstration arena with a 15-meter diameter, all thoughtfully designed to accommodate both professional athletes and recreational visitors. The design's environmental consciousness is evident in its extensive use of wood as the primary construction material, while its facades incorporate triangular patterns adorned with glass details that create an emerald-like sparkle. The complex's functionality is enhanced through careful consideration of logistics, featuring separate pathways for humans and animals, and allowing only pedestrian and electric vehicle access for visitors. Winner of the Gold A' Design Award in Architecture, Building and Structure Design, the project demonstrates exceptional innovation in its approach to spatial organization, sustainable design, and aesthetic appeal, while maintaining optimal conditions for equestrian activities throughout varying seasonal conditions. The complex's dismembered structure offers versatility for various events, while its curved white entrance feature and transparent web-like interior create a striking visual impact that harmonizes with the surrounding emerald forest.
