Trend Residential HouseTrend Residential HouseTrend Residential House is an innovative residential interior design project that exemplifies harmonious integration between indoor living spaces and natural surroundings, completed in 2019. This 580-square-foot residence, complemented by an expansive 1,100-square-foot garden, showcases thoughtful spatial organization through its distinctive glass corridor design that creates seamless connections between various living areas. The project's architectural philosophy emphasizes simplicity and environmental harmony, featuring a sophisticated system of movable sliding doors that enable dynamic space combinations between the dining room, master bedroom, and garden areas. The interior design incorporates an efficiently planned open kitchen with a custom Nakashima bar counter, catering to modern entertaining needs while maintaining functionality. The material palette combines iron, mud brick, wood, and formica, with cement-textured floor tiles unifying the public spaces. The project, which earned recognition with an Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category in 2020, demonstrates exceptional space utilization through its innovative layout solutions and integration of indoor-outdoor living concepts. The design's emphasis on natural light, flexible living spaces, and connection to nature creates an environment that promotes daily wellness and social interaction, while maintaining a sophisticated aesthetic that balances minimalist principles with practical functionality.
