Mercedes-Benz Russia SAO Exhibition DesignMercedes-Benz Russia SAO Exhibition DesignMercedes-Benz Russia SAO Exhibition Design is an innovative exhibition stand concept that exemplifies sophisticated spatial design through its dynamic interpretation of vehicular movement and road imagery. Created by Viktor Bilak, this expansive 1,504-square-meter exhibition installation comprises two substantial islands measuring 16x36x7 meters and 26x36x7 meters, featuring a distinctive aesthetic centered around the metaphor of a twisting road. The design's primary visual element manifests through broken lines that traverse the floor, ceiling, and walls, creating a cohesive navigational pathway that guides visitors through the exhibition space. Constructed using the Double Form Octanorm system and environmentally conscious materials, including recycled chipboard, the installation demonstrates a commitment to sustainable design practices while maintaining aesthetic excellence. The exhibition space's sophisticated organization effectively addresses the challenge of showcasing multiple vehicles through its innovative use of orange-colored floor tracking and corresponding ceiling elements that create natural flow zones. This Iron A' Design Award-winning project, recognized in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, showcases exceptional spatial planning and artistic vision through its integration of presentation areas, stage spaces, and office zones. Completed in September 2015 in Moscow, the design successfully merges functionality with artistic expression, creating an immersive environment that enhances the visitor experience while effectively serving its commercial purpose.
