Fintech Office Office Space

Fintech Office Office Space is an innovative interior design project that exemplifies the intersection of financial technology and contemporary workplace design, spanning 980 square meters of thoughtfully crafted environment. This sophisticated office space, designed by WIT Design and Research, represents a paradigm shift in financial sector workspace design through its integration of parametric design technologies and human-centric architectural elements. The centerpiece of the design is a distinctive spiral staircase, created using advanced parametric software, which serves as both a functional element and an artistic statement reflecting the digital era's aesthetic sensibilities. The space incorporates a unique indoor waterscape feature, comprising cast concrete installations that simulate a waterfall and pool, complete with copper duckling sculptures, providing a year-round alternative to outdoor water features in Beijing's climate. The design philosophy extends beyond traditional office boundaries by creating a micro-urban life group concept that encourages employee wellness and work-life integration. The space's innovative layout includes an atrium that functions as a public living room, fostering community interaction and extending the psychological boundaries of the workplace. Recognized with a Silver A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category in 2020, this project successfully addresses the challenges of creating a distinctive environment that differentiates itself from conventional financial institutions while promoting employee comfort during extended work hours.
