Vivo Indonesian OfficeVivo Indonesian OfficeVivo Indonesian Office is an exemplary modern workplace design project completed in 2020, encompassing 2,671 square meters of sophisticated office space in Jakarta, Indonesia. This innovative interior design project, conceived by lead designer Yining Wang and team, masterfully integrates contemporary aesthetics with functional efficiency, featuring distinct zones including reception areas, office spaces, independent workstations, and public meeting facilities. The design philosophy emphasizes the harmonious balance between public and private spaces, employing a carefully curated material palette of yashi white stone, GRG, white fireproof board, white enameled glass, blue aluminum board, and fabric to create a cohesive visual narrative. The reception area showcases a distinctive semi-enclosed curved shape combination, establishing a powerful first impression while maintaining organic flow throughout the space. The project's excellence in spatial planning, material application, and lighting design earned it an Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, recognizing its outstanding contribution to workplace design. The interior architecture thoughtfully interprets Indonesian cultural elements while embracing contemporary technology-driven workplace requirements, resulting in an environment that promotes both efficiency and employee well-being. The design successfully addresses the complex challenge of creating a space that facilitates both collaborative and individual work, utilizing modern design principles to enhance productivity while maintaining aesthetic sophistication.
