Highpark Suites Interior Common AreasHighpark Suites Interior Common AreasHighpark Suites Interior Common Areas is an innovative residential interior design project that exemplifies the seamless integration of urban Gen-Y lifestyles with sustainable living, business functionality, and community engagement. This comprehensive design solution encompasses multiple communal spaces spread across various floors, including wow-factor lobbies, sculptural sky courts, function halls, and contemporary meeting areas, all conceived as extensions of residential living spaces. The design philosophy emphasizes the harmonious blend of indoor and outdoor environments, incorporating sophisticated material selections such as timber veneers, bronze mirrors, and customized lighting solutions to create distinct atmospheric experiences. Spanning 13 different areas over multiple floors, the project features a 490-square-meter multipurpose hall and business centre, an 80-square-meter children's and party room, a 130-square-meter gym, and various sky courts and pavilions positioned between the 18th and 23rd floors. The design, recognized with a Silver A' Design Award in the Interior Space and Exhibition Design category, showcases innovative solutions such as 18-foot curved ceilings in the drop-off area, customized workpods in the business centre, and 30-foot high columns with aluminum trellis creating a sculptural birdcage effect in the sky pavilion. The project's sophisticated approach to space utilization incorporates acoustic panels, movable walls for flexibility, and weather-resistant materials, particularly in outdoor areas, demonstrating a thoughtful balance between aesthetic appeal and practical functionality. The design evolution, completed over a four-year period, responded to changing technological needs and contemporary lifestyle requirements, resulting in a holistic community space that caters to modern urban living while maintaining strong connections to the tropical environment.
