Equiti Offices is an exemplary modern workplace design project that demonstrates innovative spatial organization and sophisticated interior architecture, completed in 2019. The 850-square-meter office space represents a thoughtful integration of functionality, aesthetics, and technological advancement, divided into three distinct zones: reception, operations, and VIP management areas. The design, created by architect Emad Salameh, showcases a parametric ceiling design in the reception area that embodies technology, freedom, and strength, while the operations zone prioritizes employee well-being through ergonomic considerations and advanced cable management systems integrated into raised flooring. The VIP and management section features premium materials including Statuario marble flooring, large grey marble wall slabs, and carefully selected furniture pieces to create an atmosphere of refined luxury. The project's sophisticated zoning strategy effectively separates client-facing areas from operational spaces while maintaining fluid connectivity through the main entrance hall. Notable design elements include smart lighting systems, acoustic optimization through strategic carpet tile placement, and abundant natural light distribution throughout all zones. The interior design demonstrates exceptional attention to material selection and spatial planning, earning recognition with a Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, acknowledging its contribution to workplace design innovation and functional excellence.
