Frame Sales OfficeFrame Sales OfficeFrame Sales Office is an innovative architectural and interior design project completed in 2019, situated within the Beijing-Tianjin comprehensive transportation hub's Science and Technology Business District. This sophisticated 1,200-square-meter space exemplifies the seamless integration of functionality and aesthetic excellence through its distinctive frame structure concept. The design, created by Kris Lin and Jiayu Yang, revolutionizes the traditional sales office typology by incorporating an art gallery aesthetic within a conceptual box framework. The two-story space features a dramatic entrance foyer with double-height volumes, where the innovative use of frame structures serves dual purposes: defining functional zones and creating compelling visual aesthetics. The ground floor harmoniously combines hall display areas with a coffee recreation space, while the second floor accommodates VIP reception and office facilities. The design's distinguishing characteristic lies in its creative approach to spatial division, utilizing shaped blocks and grilles to break away from conventional cubic forms. The sophisticated interplay of light with varying materials, textures, and colors generates dynamic visual experiences, transforming the space into an artistic showcase. The project's circulation design demonstrates exceptional consideration for user experience, with carefully planned traffic flows and clever integration of design elements such as polyline light belts that visually connect different levels. This exemplary work was recognized with a Silver A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, acknowledging its outstanding contribution to innovative spatial design and its role in elevating the standards of commercial architecture.
