Mayfair By The Sea Interior DesignMayfair By The Sea Interior DesignMayfair by the Sea Interior Design is a sophisticated residential interior design project completed in December 2019, showcasing an exemplary blend of modern aesthetics and functional living spaces within a luxurious top-floor dwelling featuring a stunning 180-degree sea view. The project, conceived and executed by interior designer Maggy Leung, demonstrates exceptional spatial planning and material selection, incorporating a predominant color palette of white and grey to create an atmosphere of refined elegance. The design successfully addresses the challenge of managing high temperatures through innovative solutions, including electronic rolling curtains and specialized glass coating. The interior space is distinguished by its thoughtful integration of various premium materials, including logwood for storage and furniture, diverse veneers, carefully selected fabrics, natural stones, tiles, and custom wallpapers, all working in harmony to create rich textural layers throughout the space. A notable feature of the design is the master suite, which incorporates a sophisticated cloakroom separated by a transparent tall wardrobe and features a specially designed jewelry display cabinet. The project's excellence in interior space design was recognized with a Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category in 2020, acknowledging its outstanding achievement in combining aesthetic appeal with practical functionality. The design's success lies in its ability to maximize the spectacular views while creating intimate, livable spaces that seamlessly integrate with the outdoor areas, including a swimming pool, terrace, and rooftop area, establishing a harmonious connection between interior and exterior environments.
