Casa Lupita Residential House is a distinguished residential architectural project located in Merida, Mexico's Historic Center, exemplifying a masterful fusion of colonial heritage and contemporary design sensibilities. This significant architectural achievement, completed in October 2019, encompasses a comprehensive restoration of a protected nineteenth-century casona while introducing modern living elements within its historic framework. The design philosophy centers on the juxtaposition of colonial and contemporary architecture, achieved through the restoration of the original structure and the strategic demolition of a 1960s addition to reinstate the traditional central patio layout.
