Badge Types

Winners' Badge: The Award Winners' badge is the only badge that features the name of the person. It is also used for claiming the Winners' kits, and features a QR Code which would be scanned to confirm the gala-night presence. The Winners' Badge also includes thumbnail images of top 6 designs that have been awarded, sorted by award status. If you have less then 6 awarded works, the images will be filled with additional views from your other projects. Your highest achievement is also noted on the back part of the badge. Your highest achievement will determine the order in which you would receive your kits. For award winners to receive the Winners' Badge during the Gala-Night, they should pick the "Designer" or "Team Member" guest type while confirming their gala-tickets.

Guests' Badge: The guest badge is presented to your personal guests, family members or friends as you indicated from the gala-night control panel. Company representatives will also receive this badge unless they are cocreators of the works i.e. team members or the co-designers. To make it faster during the entry, names are not printed on the badges. However, in any case please show your gala-night tickets to redeem the entry badges.

Press Badge: The press badge is presented to press members, press photographers and A' Design Awards' pr team members and photographers. Please smile to the camera when you see this badge. Since press members usually confirm their participation the last minute, names are not included on the badge.

Jury Badge: The attending A' Design Award & Competition Jury members will be given the blue jury badges. You might consult or discuss with the jury members of your category in the Gala-Night.

Invitee (VIP Guest) Badge: The VIP Guests are given the Invitee badge, such as Major Product Manufacturers and Distributors, Politicians, Ambassadors, Trade Attachés, Academicians, Corporate and Government Officials and Business Executives, Heads of Trade and Design Associations, or Celebrities. Names are not written on the badges for privacy. This badge is in black color.

Advisor Badge: The board members of A' Design Award, A' Design Award president, spokespersons, higher ranking officials, representatives, exhibition curator etc, caries the advisor badge. Names are not written on the badges, however attending advisors will be all introduced during the start of the Gala-Night.

Staff Badge: The purple staff badge is caried by the A' Design Award & Competition staff that are responsible for Gala-Night organization. Catering and guards also have this badge.
