A' Authorized Agents Please kindly note that A' Design Award's Authorized Agents are different from A' Design Award Authorized Seller & Service Providers; The A' Design Award Authroized Sellers directly sell the A' Design Award nomination tickets to prospective clients and provide secondary services for helping such clients complete their nominations; while on the other hand, the A' Design Award Authorized Agents have less responsabilities, and they do not take part of the transaction or support services and only provide leads, this makes it ideal for people who do not wish to engage in invoicing to clients and/or managing clients. In very simple terms, the AAA contact a series of prospective participants and report their list of contacts at the end of the year before results are announced. If a contact reported by AAA has nominated an entry by paying a nomination fee, the AAA earns a commission. Furthermore AAA make active promotion and dissemination for the competition in order to increase its prestige, reach as well as to create additional value to its laureates by helping them get featured at prominent publications. The role of Authorized Agents of the A' Design Award AAA are expected to promote the design competition and secure nominations from existing and prospective customers in their market through a relationship-based approach by demonstrating the benefits of the competition participation to potential new customers and by assistsing them in selecting the best nomination method suited to their needs. AAA are asked to establish, develop and maintain a healthy business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned market to generate new business and press appearances. In most cases, the AAA first contacts the local media to publish a call for entries, this call for entries could have a link to a special website that could potentially track the referrals from such press appearances, furthermore the AAA could use his or her own methods to contact prospects, when contacting prospects the AAA are suggested to create a lead table, so that at the end of the competition, if some of these leads were converted to clients, commission from these referrals could be accounted, finally the AAA could further send the media a results announcement press release which could help to attract new entries for the next year. AAA are suggested but not required to do the following in their own expense during their marketing efforts : 1) Search for, identify and find new prospective design competition participants, especially large enterprises who develop new products every year. 2) Get in touch with prospective clients via calls and in-person visits and make presentations to prospective design competition participants. 3) Help the prospective design competition participants understand the benefits of entry and also clearly communicate them written proposals for participation. 4) In case of customer problems and complaints, help them contact our support so that we could expedite the resolution of any issues. Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints. 5) Provide insightful feedbacks to improve the quality of offering provided to prospective participants as well as current winners, these could be for example but not limited to written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, opportunities and potential for new products and services. 6) Get in touch with local authorities to port the A' Design Award and Competition exhibition to your country. 7) Learn and have a good understanding of A' Design Award and Competition and its products and services. We display the list of AAA at our contact page, and unless required by an agent, the program is renewed each year, but the leads are reset for every competition year unless they are again reported. To help AAA the A' Design Award and Competition provides several documents and websites in other languages. The call for submissions, call for entries, save the date, call for nominations, participation invitation document as well as the results announced press release are translated to many languages. Furthermore, the AAA have some additional tools that are displayed once they log-in to their account at A' Design Awards, these tools let AAA to invite leads to join the competition, and the lead invitation tool can also track list of leads who have responded to the invitation.
