When seen as space planning and management exercise, it takes a great amount of problem solving folded in with the correct aesthetic parameters to make a successful project. We have dealt with all these parameters in the refurbishing of a 2000 sq.ft. tiles showroom into developer's office space, by carefully reconsidering and altering volumetric experience, climate and urban interface. The overall material palette works with orange hues of exposed brick, well complimented with the grey concrete, which become the signature for the project.
