This is a residential space with quality and connotation. Designers incorporate many dimensions, such as personnel structure, psychological needs and living habits, into their design considerations. By emphasizing the proportion and layout of space, designers interpret the modern simple life interest. The main tone of the whole space is the earth color, and different saturation color systems are chosen to embellish it, injecting a sense of hierarchy and nature. Jerry Wu
Jerry Wu has worked for the world’s largest hospitality interior design firm, Hirsch Bender Associates (HBA), for five years as an Associate Designer and was previously based in four HBA offices including Atlanta, Los Angeles, Shanghai and Dubai as well. After Joining Wanda Group as a General Manager of Hotel Design Department 2009, he supervised more than thirty hotels designs and had seven five-star hotels grand openings in 2010. His worldwide hospitality design experience and knowledge of local developer managing processes has enabled him to encompass all phases of interior design - MEP, architectural coordination and construction. His unique career background with a top internationa ldesign firm and the largest commercial developer in China allows Jerry the opportunity to develop each project efficiently and effectively, which allows him to focus on the necessary details that will bring the project to fruition while at the same time exceeding the expectations of clients.

Since its inception, Interscape Design Associates ( IDA) Pte Ltd , which specializes in high end customized interior design services for luxury business hotels, resorts, spas, residential and upscale clubs, has been pushing the boundaries for design excellence in the ever-changing world of interior design. Our highly qualified designers whom have presided over various projects in North America, the Middle East as well as several Asian countries, have participated and customized designs for top hotel management brands such as Intercontinental, Starwood, Hilton and Fairmount to name a few. Our designers not only have a wealth of professional career experience under their belt but they also possess an in-depth understanding of the cultural essence of their projects. On top of that, we are able to adapt the current international forefronts of hotel design concepts to be applied to the Chinese market while still retaining a global perspective. Most importantly, however, we have a sophisticated understanding of the domestic real estate operations of a senior design company. IDA has on hand an elite team of more than one hundred designers which have been selected based on the market. This enables us to undertake projects with full participation guaranteed, thus allowing the senior designer as well as the design director to personally control the quality of work. For several years now, IDA has been recognized by our clients and we are constantly seeking out new projects to challenge ourselves.
