Koło Mego Uokiyneczka Folk Song Book

The 5-part publication is a folk song book containing 1100 songs with notes and lyrics from the Pszczyna region in Poland, intended for folk choirs, ensambles and musicians. The design is inspired by the manuscript and typewriter effects. The names of chapters are printed on bleeds and represent typewriting errors crossovers (“xxx”) visually similar to folkwear patterns. The use of 3 colors (dark burgundy, blue and violet) refers to the ink used in manuscripts. 5 notebooks in a common etui are handy to use when singing and easily photocopyable, due to the a4 format.
