This sales brochure was designed to be an aide to lure prospective retail tenants to Place Viau, a shopping complex in Quebec, Canada. Design cues from the building’s architecture inspired the brochure's key features – translucent pages reflecting the building’s soaring glass facades and rectangular shapes echoing the building’s siding finishes. The piece has two main components - the brochure and the exterior wrap, which closes to create the shape of the Place Viau logo.
