Port Apartment, as Vanke's long-term rental apartment product for urban youth, it's increasingly appearing in the new and old urban areas of Beijing. The outdated image, depressed tonality, and precipitated vicissitudes of the existing building are no longer in line with young people who are trying to be innovative in the new era. Upgrading the appearance of the old buildings, reshaping the city's image, stimulating the vitality of the community, and providing urban young people with a warm home with a story and a dream become a new topic faced by the project.

Zhe Wang
Wang Zhe has 18 years of architectural design experience. In 2004, he joined the New York office of KPF, one of the world's most renowned architectural firms, rising to associate director in 2007. As the chief architect and project manager, he has led the design of many large-scale projects in China and Asia, including urban planning, multi-purpose development projects, Grade A office buildings, super five-star hotels, and shopping malls. Before joining KPF, Wang Zhe worked for QPK Architecture in New York and Ayer Saint Gross in Maryland. He frequently served as a guest juror for architectural design courses at Columbia University, New York Institute of Technology, and Tsinghua University in Beijing. Wang's years of project experience include multi-disciplinary practices such as urban design, architecture, and interior design, with a particular adeptness at solving critical project challenges, especially in office buildings, urban renewal, and mixed-use design. Since 2016, Wang Zhe has also served as the consultant chief architect of the Beijing Vanke Commercial Real Estate Department and has presided over the design of several office, commercial, mixed-use, and urban renewal projects.

Beijing SZA Architectural Design Consultant (SZA) is a design team composed of architects who are passionate about architecture and urban design. Its core designers are internationally trained senior architects with excellent team spirit, rich management experience, and utmost professionalism. The founders of the company graduated from the School of Architecture of Tsinghua University. After studying abroad, they worked for the KPF New York office for many years, responsible for and participating in the design and planning of a series of international landmark buildings and key urban areas. The scope of the studio's work involves multi-disciplinary fields such as urban and landscape design, architecture, and interior design, emphasizing the high quality and innovative spirit of the craft of architecture and planning. With its deep professionalism and dedication, it has created and built many notable architectural works. The projects cover more than a dozen cities such as Beijing, Hebei, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Chongqing, Xi'an, etc.; including office, commercial, hotel, residential, urban complex, school, and other building types, with rich experience in high-rise and super high-rise projects, and urban renewal.
