#2: I recently uploaded images for my design project - now I am trying to change one of the images but the website does not seem to allow me to - maybe you could advise me on how I should go about changing the images?
To change a previously updated image, you can simply upload a new design (different file with different name) on the same spot, alternatively, you can delete the old file by clicking remove image and then you can re-upload a new image. Also please note that after the submission you cannot change your images.

#3: How can I upload further documents explaining my design? Such as the research, concept details, work description, project variations, users manuals, packaging etc?
After uploading your design, go to your hidden cabinet, then click on the Update Documents link under your design, you are allowed to upload a PDF file that could communicate your project further. Alternatively, go to your design page (view design) and you will see under the image thumbnails links to upload documents, click on the link a new page will open, choose your file (must be a PDF file, smaller than 10MB and max. 40 pages are allowed), and upload your file. When your upload is complete, you will be redirected to your design page. Please remember that you can upload only a single file, if you need to upload several documents, we suggest you to combine these into a single file.
