The design has interpreted the Chinese philosophy of square and round together with furniture and decorations of oriental style to create a graceful and ceremonial space. The 7-meter high space houses the living room, the dining room and the kitchen, witnessing different scenes of life and keeping everything in perfect harmony. Without excessive decorations and symbols, features plain colors and textures as well as the beauty of light and shadow, which contributes to a modern villa of oriental style.

Jo Zhu was graduated from The Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts and has been devoted himself in interior design industry for over 20 years. He founded Suyab Furniture Co. Ltd in 2015, which is committed to the research of Chinese traditional funiture in modern interior design. With his huge enthusiasm for oriental aesthetics, he does not follow the rigid and old Chinese lifestyle, however. What he thinks important is how to express the great oriental features in a contemporary living space, with proper proportions, colors, materials and fine craftsmanship on the products.
