By contemplating the various states of a great open space through different perspectives, it is as if a cement filled structure has become a vessel carrying emotions and feelings. One is only able to personally create a sensory balance where one feels at peace through genuine consideration of daily needs and the local ambience. This project preserves most of building’s original appearance and subtly assimilates rugged marks with the grain of wood and titanium panels, using natural materials to convey the warmth and compassion of a home.
