The eight-story, eight-building development is centered on landscaped courtyards and steps down towards the ocean along a series of lush terraces. The buildings are connected by a 'Park Lane' path, from which the project draws its name. Park Lane radiates from an open-air lobby facing the ocean, revealing the vista as it steps down; its edge is carefully designed to blend with the park and ocean beyond.
