Omid Rouhani Architectural Design was commissioned to design a B+G+1+Loft custom home on the world acclaimed Palm Jumeira, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Palm Jumeira is a man made island in the shape of a palm of the coast of Dubai. Due to the harsh climatic conditions of the region both active and passive design solutions have been incorporated within the design. Some of the solutions are, adjustable shading louvers, hanging vertical gardens and a green roof design.
